If more time is needed for the consult (on-request), we charge at $80 per half hour. Please read terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation:
Bookings can be made via phone or email. Once a booking has been agreed on by both parties a 25% deposit is payable by bank account transfer. Following consultation the client will be invoiced by email and the remaining balance is payable within 5 working days from the invoice date.
Cancellation policy:
If the client cancels within 48hrs of the planned consultation the deposit will be refunded in full, cancellation outside of this is non-refundable. A booking can be rescheduled if agreed by both parties. The Baby Sleep Practitioner holds the right to cancel consultation and deposit will be refunded in full to the client.
Travel:
The client will incur a charge of 79c/km from Onehunga base. No travel charge for Grey Lynn clinic.
Payment:
It is preferable that the deposit is made by bank transfer. Cash at the time of consultation is also accepted.
Scope of Practice:
The Baby Sleep Practitioners are registered nurses providing evidence based practice to mothers and babies. Clients are guaranteed that they hold current Practising Certificates and are accountable to the Code of Conduct and the Guidelines for Professional Boundaries set by The Nursing Council of New Zealand. CPR certificates are held by both of The Baby Sleep Practitioners and will be renewed annually.
Privacy and Confidentiality Policy:
You can have absolute faith that any information provided to The Baby Sleep Practitioners’ will remain private and confidential. The only terms on which information may be disclosed is if a professional judgement is made that there is a safety risk to the mother, baby and/or general public. The client personal information will be protected by the principles of the Privacy Act 1993.
